    • “Need a Tonic for Winter Blues? Consider the Lions Kentucky Derby Party!”

Posted at 11:47 pm by rlittlefield2015, on March 1, 2014

If you haven’t heard, a Lions Kentucky Derby Party is being planned for Friday, April 4, 2014, at the Fargo Radisson Hotel to raise funds to support the Littlefield for Lions ID campaign in Multiple District 5. A copy of the flier announcing the event follows.

The group of campaign supporters led by PDG Mel and Lion Kim Olson, and including PDGs Lions Kevin and Pat Vannett, PDG James and Lion Donna Ruff, PDG Gerald and Lion Mary Sletmoe, Lion Jade Monroe and members of the NDSU Lions Club, have put the wheels in motion for what looks to be a great event! You don’t need to be from North Dakota to participate. In fact, anyone can “name a horse” or be an “event sponsor” and get their name or club in the drawings for prizes to be awarded at the event. Contact any member of the planning committee for details about how you can participate.

Kathy and I am so appreciative of the wonderful Lions who are supporting my candidacy! Thank you for your friendship and dedication.
